Customer service. That's what we're about. We’re here for you - the customer. As a small, local, independent retailer our customers mean everything to us. We are passionate about what we do. We love wine, and we want you to love it too. So if you haven’t visited a Chalk and Cheese store, drop in and let us show you around. We're pretty sure you'll find something you like. 80% of liquor retailers in Queensland are owned by Coles or Woolworths. Chalk and Cheese are locally owned independent bottle shops so every dollar you spend at Chalk and Cheese stays right here in Queensland. Chalk and Cheese also employs locally and supports other like-minded small local businesses. Our Product Noticing your favorite brands disappearing from you local bottle shop? We think wine is special, and doesn’t deserve to be treated like just another commodity, so we want to offer as much choice as we possibly can. We’re not about bulk wine sales, we would prefer to sell our customers a different bottle every night and hear about what you thought of it the next day. We also love food, and good wine goes hand in hand with good food so in our stores you will find a range of complimentary foods like gourmet cheese, olives, preserves, dips and pate, chocolates and much more. Our range is dictated by you, the customer. So if you want it and we don’t have it we will do everything we can to get if for you. Just ask us. Our Staff Our staff are what makes our business great, most of them have been with us from the very beginning and have helped us make Chalk and Cheese a success.
