This Agreement is a contract between the customer and Chalk and Cheese bottle shops ABN 739 120 28110 head office, 9 Hubert Street, Woolloongabba 4102.

All orders are processed and distributed by Chalk and Cheese bottle shops from our licensed premises at  418 Milton Road Auchenflower (Licence Number 411 01 632), 75 Hardgrave Road West End (Licence Number 411 01 632) or 29 Florence Street Teneriffe (Licence Number 411 01 632)

Persons under 18 years of age are not permitted to place orders for alcohol.

Chalk and Cheese reserves the right to make changes and alterations to the content of the Chalk and Cheese website at any time without notice.

Products and promotions listed on the Chalk and Cheese website may not be available for delivery in all areas

Our Refund Policy

• Signing for and accepting delivery signifies that the goods were received in good order, Chalk and Cheese will not honour claims for faulty or damaged products after the goods have been received and signed for. Please check all goods upon delivery.
• Any items ordered but not received will be replaced or refunded.
• If you are not satisfied with our service for any reason, please contact our Head office at 9 Hubert Street Woolloongabba on (07) 3896 6565 or email us at 

Delivery

• Delivery is available from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday only.
• If applicable, delivery charges will be added to your order.
• Persons ordering and receiving alcohol must be over 18 years of age and must be able to provide proof of age.
• Delivery is subject to stock availability, if stock is unavailable you will be refunded the total cost or the items not supplied.
• If you are not likely to be home at the time of delivery please provide specific instructions and a contact phone number.
• Chalk and Cheese reserves the right to not deliver goods if the products can not be received and signed for.
• Orders which are not able to be delivered because they are not able to be received and signed for will still incur delivery charges.
• Orders outside the Brisbane metro area will be sent via Australia Post.  For orders to the rest of Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria, minimum postage rates will be $20 per carton. 
• For all other areas in Australia, minimum postage rates will be $40 per carton
